सूरजमल का इतिहास
It’s no secret that we live in a city, which means we’re always on the go. We’re constantly on the go, but we never have a moment to stop and consider what we’re doing. We’re always just moving forward, so there is no time for that ‘moment’ that we must take a break from our work to take a break from our work and just think.
We are never in a moment where we can pause and really sit down and think about what we do and the effect it has on us.
We are always on the go, always on our phones, always having our minds elsewhere, always in our heads, always on our devices, always on the go. But we never take time in between our moments to really think about how we do and the way we do it. We are always multitasking, which means that we have little time to take time to truly step back and really think about what we do.
The term “multitasking” is the perfect, concise translation of the French word, “reconnectant,” literally meaning “having other things to do,” which is often applied to office workers, but its definition is broader. “Multitasking” is the practice of simultaneously doing multiple things at the same time.
When I’m on my phone, I type up my phone number in the text field. I type it in, then I type it out, then I type it in again, then I type it out. I can type up the phone number and type it out, then I type it out, and so on. I can get to the numbers, type a few words into the text field, then I type the phone number and type out.
Multitasking is very often applied to office workers, but in a broader sense it is about doing multiple things in a single moment. Doing an email, for example, would be considered a single task, and not multitasking. I’m sure you could argue it is multitasking, but in reality it isn’t.
One of the ways that multitasking can cause trouble is if someone is trying to do two or more things at the same time. For example if someone is trying to respond to emails and then go to the gym, then if they get in the gym they are not going to be able to respond to emails and also finish the email.
Another example of multitasking is if someone is trying to do two or more things, then if they get in the gym they are not going to be able to respond to emails and also finish the email.
If you could tell someone to get back to them, and they would be in their place, then it would be a good thing to have a phone call and say, “Hey, can I get back to them?” So it isnt possible.
Yes, it’s a question of willpower, but there are many other factors that play into it too. If you have a choice between getting in the gym or finishing your email, you will always pick the email. Because most people don’t do the second. If you had to choose between finishing your email or getting in the gym, you would choose the gym because getting in the gym is a big deal.
