The martial arts movement started in the 1960s and is based on the ancient practice of strength, balance, and self-defense. When I first started practicing yoga, I was scared of doing poses that I would feel awkward doing. Since then, I have found that doing the poses I enjoy the most is the key to feeling relaxed. I know this because I have also found that when I am relaxing, my mind is less chaotic and I can focus on the beauty of yoga.
