I’m not sure what kind of soup you will make. I’m guessing that you can make a big one by yourself, but it has to be pretty easy.
If you want to make a soup from scratch, you might be able to make it in a pressure cooker, but I don’t think you can just boil it down to soup. Also, if you want to make it in a pressure cooker, you need to be careful about the amount of soup you put into it. We put 20 g of the beans into the pressure cooker and it cooked for about 4-5 hours while we waited for it to cool down.
I will make a large pot with onions and garlic, and put some of the green onions next to it for a minute or two before the pressure on the onions melts and the onions are completely gone. You can add some of the garlic to the pressure cooker and simmer for about 20 minutes, or even a few minutes longer.
