Most of us go to the gym but not to exercise, or to be active, or to play. Now I know that our bodies have a lot more to do, but it is an important distinction because we are talking about our bodies here. We may believe we are doing something that is beneficial to our bodies, but in reality, we are simply doing them a disservice. In the same way, you will probably not go to the gym if you are doing something that is unhealthy.
