To be the best at meditation, you need to have a good meditation group. If you are in a bad meditation group, you are not going to be able to be the best at meditation. So, you have to make sure you are in a good meditation group. There are two types of meditation groups, private and public.
Private meditation groups have their own leader and meditation area. Public meditation groups are open to everyone to join. These groups can be anywhere, anytime, and you can even go to the meditation area if your own meditation group is not open. Private and public meditation groups are almost the same thing. A private meditation group is a group where you can just sit and get your mind clear. A public meditation group is where you share the space with others and work on your meditation.
If your own group is closed or you want to share a space with other people you should definitely think about joining a public meditation group. Because if you’re a private meditator, it’s not like you will start to lose your mind. You can go to a public meditation group and find that if you’re doing something like deep breathing or counting your breaths, you’ll start to lose track of time.
