The only reason it’s a thing is because it’s pretty damn good. Vegans are generally against the idea of eating anything other than real food, because the idea that there is a life beyond our own is anathema to us. But the truth is, plant-based diets can provide a lot of the same benefits without making you any less human.

The best part of a vegan diet is the fact that you are not eating something that you don’t like. You’re eating something that you like. There is a huge difference between a vegan diet and a vegan person in general.

In this case, the vegan diet is one that includes some of the same foods that a non-vegan diet might. It includes dairy, so while a vegan may not like cheese, it may just be that the cheese is a dairy-based product. The vegan diet also has a lot about it that is similar to the way that a non-vegan diet may.
